- Only four CMAs have both positive short- and long-term expectations, the same number as last month.
- Toronto and several other Ontario cities are in the Down-Down category with negative short- and long-term expectations.
- The CMAs with the biggest year-over-year declines in housing starts in November were Trois-Rivières, Kingston, Sherbrooke, Halifax, and Victoria.
- Abbotsford–Mission had the biggest year-over-year increase in housing starts last month.
