- Only four CMAS are now in the Down-Down category, the same as last month.
- The CMAs with the biggest year-over-year decrease in housing starts in October were Vancouver, Trois-Rivières, Calgary, Oshawa, and Thunder Bay.
- Abbotsford had the biggest year-over-year increase in housing starts last month.
