- The CMAs with the biggest year-over-year percentage decrease in housing starts in May were Abbotsford–Mission, St. John’s, Winnipeg, Greater Sudbury, and Hamilton.
- Kingston had the biggest year-over-year percentage increase in housing starts last month.
