Only five cities have negative short-term expectations.

The CMAs with the biggest year-over-year declines in housing starts in February were Thunder Bay, Abbotsford–Mission, Trois-Rivières, Saguenay, and Québec City.

London had the biggest year-over-year increase in housing starts last month.
