- There are eight CMAs where expectations are postive for both the short and long term. That is one more than last month.
- All Quebec CMAs except Saguenay have positive short-term expectations.
- The CMAs with the biggest year-over-year declines in housing starts in September were Trois-Rivières, Saskatoon, Vancouver, Saguenay, and St. John’s.
- Saint John had the biggest year-over-year increase in housing starts last month.
