- Resale markets continue to downshift. May sales trailed April’s in 27 of our 28 areas, with 18 markets registering drops of 10 per cent or more.
- Increasing vendor hesitancy cut listings between April and May in 23 markets. Still, 24 markets had more listings this May than in May last year.
- Price growth slowed in 17 markets between April and May. Falling sales-to-listings ratios in 19 markets foreshadow more tepid price advances.
