- Resale markets are throttling back. In April, sales fell in 20 of our 28 areas (although they are still above year-earlier levels in 23 markets).
- Supply continued to grow in April, but at a more modest pace than in March. Listings posted year-on-year growth in 23 of 28 markets, and were up at least 10 per cent in 17 of them.
- Falling sales-to-listings ratios in 20 markets point to slower price growth ahead. Still, prices jumped at least 10 per cent year-on-year in 14 markets.
