- The healthy output gain will generate 2.1 per cent employment growth this year, a big improvement from the meagre 0.3 per cent hike last year.
- The unemployment rate will trend lower over the forecast period, falling from 6.5 per cent in 2016 to 5.7 per cent in 2021.
