Sales patterns remained uneven in September as volumes rose in 16 of our 28 areas and gained at least 5 per cent in seven of these. Southern Ontario markets continued to lag their hot 2016 pace, thanks to Ontario’s Fair Housing Plan, but sales in Toronto and Oshawa are recovering.
