Forecasters surveyed by Signal49 Research in July have slightly changed their views regarding Canada’s economic prospects for 2007. In the current survey, forecasters expect the economy to expand by 2.5 per cent in 2007— up from 2.4 per cent in the spring. Respondents predict that the economy will grow by 2.8 per cent in 2008.
