About

Jake Lenarduzzi is a Senior Economist with the Economic Forecasting team at Signal49 Research. He leads the Territorial Outlook and co-leads the Industry Lens, while also contributing to the organization’s provincial and national economic forecasts. His work focuses on the economies of Western Canada and a range of resource sectors, including agriculture, mining, and energy. In addition to his forecasting responsibilities, Jake has contributed to metropolitan economic forecasts for Western Canadian cities and to the Index of Business Confidence. He remains actively involved in a variety of custom research projects, providing economic analysis and insights to support clients across sectors.

Before joining Signal49 Research, Jake pursued doctoral studies in economics at Western University. He also gained experience in the public, utilities, and financial services sectors, building a strong foundation in economic research, forecasting, and policy analysis.
