Hiring Prospects Worsen in February

Hiring activity in Canada continued to soften in February, with the hiring index falling by 3.8 points, its fourth straight monthly decrease. Although seasonally adjusted job postings rose by 1.1 per cent in February, the two-month average fell for the month.
