In this research, we examine two years of job postings data from Signal49’s Vicinity Jobs database to gain insight into demand for commercial intelligence skills in the Canadian labour market, including customer skills, business growth skills, and tech-enabled sales skills, and make recommendations for post-secondary leaders to help graduates meet this demand.
What level of education do these jobs ask for? Are there wage premiums associated with jobs that require these skills? In which sectors and professions is the demand for commercial intelligence skills most highly concentrated?
