Stakeholder Trust: A Compendium of Discussion Papers

Stakeholder trust drives business success, yet serious erosions of trust are compromising our modern system of commerce. Trust needs to be understood from the perspective of key stakeholder groups—the general public, investors, employees, customers, and suppliers. This compendium brings together the discussion papers used to launch five roundtable discussions held between September 2007 and February 2008 as part of Signal49 Research/Deloitte project on stakeholder trust. They provide a background and framework for understanding key trust considerations and drivers for organizational stakeholders.
