Pathways to Careers: Advancing Neuroinclusive Work‑Integrated Learning in Higher Education

In this research, we will explore how work-integrated learning (WIL) can be designed to be more inclusive. WIL can provide students with a head-start in their careers, but many neurodivergent students are not able to take advantage.

What barriers do neurodivergent students face when trying to access WIL? What is lost when they miss out? Are there programs that are currently addressing this?
